The design is centred around a multipurpose open yard adjoining the pool facing both the art gallery and the hotel block .
Use of only local materials is one the highlights of the project .
The design priority was to create ideas at the site level , building level and at the unit level .At site level the thought was to enhance the openness available in the limited plot size and work out traffic movement.
