The design is centred around a multipurpose open yard adjoining the pool facing both the art gallery and the hotel block .
Use of only local materials is one the highlights of the project .
The project consists of a theme park in 20 acres and a resort of 30 cottages in the 10 acres . The eco friendly project consists of 5 hills with a valley at the centre where a large catchment area is formed . Slope of the site has been used to create and connect to various levels of the building blocks. Natural and locally available stone, mud and bamboos have also been used strategically.
An architecture language following traditional style and proportions of Kerala architecture acting as the canvas for the local art and culture.
